InvoiceScan extracts structured data from scanned invoices using AI vision. We turn a PDF or photo of an invoice into a clean record you can drop into Excel, your accounting software, or your own database.

Who it's for

Two audiences, one product. Small business owners who want to stop typing supplier invoices into spreadsheets. Bookkeepers who process invoices on behalf of several client businesses and want them grouped accordingly.

How it works

You drop in a scanned invoice. We render the pages, send them to the Claude vision model with a strict extraction schema, and write the resulting structured data into your account. The whole round-trip is usually under ten seconds.

Pricing

Pay per invoice. Top up your credit balance once, then spend a few cents per extraction. No subscriptions, no minimums, no contracts. Most invoices land between €0.05 and €0.20.

Data & privacy

Servers in the EU. Files and extracted data are kept private to your account. You can export everything we hold about you at any time, or delete your account — including every file, invoice, and ledger entry — in one click.
